痩・せ・た~い! と、思って運動を始めても、なかなか効果が出ずにいつの間にかやめてしまう。皆さんにはこんな経験はないだろうか? 筆者は山のようにある! 「もう今さら鍛えるとか無理かな」とさえ思ってしまいそうになる。

だがしかし! この動画&画像集を見たら、そんなネガティブな感情は消えてしまうはず!! そこに写し出されているのは見事な上向きプリケツの嵐。素敵なお尻の秘密はスクワットだ! 30日間スクワットを続けた結果、こんな立派なお尻になれたというのだ!

・30日スクワットチャレンジ

近年、アメリカで流行中という「30日間スクワットチャレンジ」。文字通り、30日間スクワットを続けると見事なプリケツがゲットできるというものである。さすが、尻に情熱をそそぐアメリカならではのブームだなぁ!

さっそく「30日スクワットチャレンジ」のビフォーアフターを見てみると……ほんげぇぇぇぇぇ! 同一人物のお尻とは思えない変貌ぶり!! 食事や他のトレーニングにも気をつかったかもしれないけど、1カ月でこんなに変わっちゃうものなの!?

・だらしないお尻が立派なプリケツに

ダルダルのだらしないお尻もたった1カ月で、“キュッ” と引き締まった魅力的なお尻に。反対に、ガリガリで貧相なお尻も “プリンッ” としたまぁるいお尻になっているぞ。

チャレンジ後は、どのお尻はもピチピチしており、なんだか肌全体が若返っているみたい。お腹まわりなど全身がスッキリした人もいる。すげぇズラ、すげぇズラ、今すぐスクワット始めるしかねぇぇえぇぇぇぇ!!

・30日スクワットチャレンジのやり方

ちゃんとルールがある。まずは、1日目は50回。毎日少しずつ数を増やし、最終的にその回数は250回になる。詳しい回数の例は Instagram アカウントの「30dayfitnesschallenges」で確認できる。

また、正しい姿勢は動画「How To Do A Squat Exercise」で公開されているので要チェックだ。特に姿勢に関しては、間違った姿勢だと膝や関節に負担をかけてしまうので、始める前に見ておいた方がいいかもしれない。

そういえば、年齢を重ねてますますチャーミングな黒柳徹子さんも、毎日スクワットをしていると言っていたなぁ。ここまで聞いてやらないわけにはいかないだろう。これで1カ月後にはプリップリのプリケツにトランスフォームだ!!

Let me tell you when I saw this challenge I was like heck yea I wanna do this! Why not? I get to earn money or even if I don't win I'll be getting in shape. I've struggled so long with my weight and body image and I just wanted something to do to change the way I thought about myself. So I bought the program and I told myself I was gonna work so hard at this! So the day that I bought it, I went straight to the gym and I went hard at it.
